For three days in March 2019, I was an Artist in Residence at the ACE Hotel in Manhattan, in the same room where this project began in 2015. I used the time to take new Interior Portraits, and to formalize the procedure. I had two assistants each day, one to help with the portrait sitters and one to document. I used internal and external model releases, liability waivers, and gave the models the choice of using the camera themselves or having me use the camera.
