Interiors: We Are All Pink Inside is a unique, bold and visceral conceptual art series by Christen Clifford. The photos are video stills taken with a Japanese sex toy camera. The camera focuses about an inch from the lens, and has an LED light. The different colors and shades of pink are from the amount of light captured. There is no digital manipulation of the photos or videos. There is no color manipulation. Pink is a color of healing and solidarity.

INTERIORS: We Are All Pink Inside shows us how beautiful we all are, in these spaces that often hold trauma. Our orifices are all the same and all unique; we are all made up of the same parts, just organized in different ways.

INTERIORS: We Are All Pink Inside started with images inside of my vagina. The project expanded to include other genital orifices and Interior Portraits of cis and trans women, cis and trans men, non-binary and GNC friends and colleagues of all ages and colors. INTERIORS is a multidimensional project that includes installations, videos, projections, large scale photos, and an NFT of my cervix.
